At a time where ‘wellbeing’ is a key buzzword for HR departments across the world, it’s key that companies get on board and to bring a more holistic view towards how they can help.
Why women rather than men? Well, numerous studies have shown that when a woman expresses her anger, she is judged more negatively in comparison with men who do the same. If a woman expresses herself in the workplace, she is seen as difficult and awkward to work with. But with a man? He’s seen as powerful.
What to expect in a session:
Every session will feel different, depending on the women joining and what they need to bring to the circle.
I will always create a safe, sacred, welcoming, and inclusive space, and will ensure you are held with deep care.
We will have a grounding circle, with guided vocal and physical release.
There will be a period of time to transition into calm, before a restorative sound healing session.
We may have a sharing circle to close.
We will always have time for a tissue and a hug if needed, and I can provide a quiet aftercare space too if required.
